In total, we raised $8,248.26!! We’re rounding that up to $10,000, and since we sold out of donuts so quickly today, we’re extending additional fundraising for anyone who didn’t get a chance to grab any!

SPARTA MAJOR UPDATE: After a devastating update from Mom, we are determined to raise $10,000 for this family. We plan to arrive much earlier than our original post so we have more time to hit our goal!!! We will arrive around 8am to start setting up and hopefully be selling by 8:45am. The population of Sparta is only 1800 people so it’s hard to determine how much to bring. But if we start to sell out before 11am, we plan to RELOAD our second vehicle with more supply!!
The latest update is that Dani’s older brother has been taking on a lot of extra responsibilities while their mother, Melanie, navigates Dani’s chemotherapy. Sunday night big brother started having numbness and tingling in his left arm, on top of dizziness, shaking and a fast heart rate. They quickly took him to the hospital and were informed that his EKG had abnormal findings and that there is a delay in the way the nerves are firing to the right chamber of his heart. On top of everything they are going through, you can imagine that this has all of their anxieties through the roof.
